EasyPezee ("we", "our", or "the app") operates the website easypezee.site. EasyPezee helps users organize their CVs, match against job postings, track job applications, and draft outreach emails with AI assistance.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you sign up via email or Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account.
  • CVs and Resumes: Uploaded resume files (PDF or Word) and extracted text used exclusively to match jobs and customize email drafts.
  • Application Data: Job postings, status updates, and notes you save to your dashboard.
  • Google User Data (Gmail): If you choose to connect your Google account to create (or, in Send mode, send) your application emails, we request access strictly to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose scope.

3. How We Use Google User Data

EasyPezee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We use the gmail.compose permission only to create email drafts in your Gmail at your explicit request, or, if you turn on Send mode in your dashboard, to send your application email (with your CV attached) to the employer's address in the job post you shared. Sent emails appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
  • We do not read, modify, or delete your existing inbox emails or sent messages.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties or data brokers.
  • We do not use your Google user data to serve advertisements or train generalized AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account details and tokens are stored securely in encrypted databases. OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and are only used on your behalf when you initiate an email drafting action.
